American Scientist Open Access Forum is the LISTSERV that
debates Open Access. It was started and is managed by Stevan
Harnad.
SCHOLCOMM
is a email discussion list, sponsored by ACRL, that provides
a forum for the examination and analysis of topics such as
open access to scholarly information, new models of scholarly
publishing, increasing journal prices, copyright law and policy,
that impact the access of scholars, students, and the general
public to scholarly information. This site tells how to subscribe
and unsubscribe to the discussion list.

Open Access Newsletter (SOAN) is a newletter about the
Open Acess Movement. This site tells how to subscribe and
unsubscribe to the Newsletter and to the Forum. You have to
sign up to receive this free newsletter by email. The Newsletter
is one of the best ways to find out what open access is all
